Welcome to F.Phck! By downloading, installing, or using the F.Phck mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

F.Phck is a meal rating and accountability app that allows you to:

Rate your meals on a 1-5 star scale
Track your eating habits over time
Receive weekly digest emails (Pro subscribers)
Sync data across devices (with an account)

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use F.Phck. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You may use F.Phck without an account (local-only mode).
To sync data across devices, you must create an account via Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The free version includes meal logging, 7-day history, and basic stats.

4.2 F.Phck Pro

Pro subscribers get unlimited history, weekly "Sunday Roast" digest emails, and priority support.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated systems to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

F.Phck, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the meal logs and notes you create. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
